At Dr. Vita Foods, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you fresh, pure, and in perfect condition. Since our items are grocery and consumable products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
  • You receive a damaged or defective product
  • The product is expired upon arrival
  • You receive the wrong item

  • Provide a photo/video as proof of the issue
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
