At DR VITA FOOD, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please note that we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used, as our food items are perishable and must meet strict hygiene standards.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.
 
Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests only for products that are damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue with the product to help us process your request quickly.

Product Condition
Refunds will only be considered if the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept refunds or returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered, as this can compromise the quality and safety of our products.
 
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our goods, certain products are non-refundable, including:
  • Opened or partially used dry fruits, edible oils, or masalas
  • Perishable items that cannot be resold
  • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind
     
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
